Air Mauritius has signed Friday a partnership agreement with the French company Air France allowing the Mauritian company to offer 35 new destinations in Europe via Paris, was a correspondent for AFP.
"The agreement we sign today provides a decisive impetus to the already exemplary cooperation between our two companies (...) Air France and Air Mauritius will be able to offer their customers an offer further expanded between the Indian Ocean and Europe, "said Jean-Cyril Spinetta, CEO of Air France-KLM, at the signing ceremony.
The general manager of Air Mauritius, Manoj Ujoodha, signed on behalf of the Mauritian company that agreement on an initial period of five years.
In terms of the agreement, "in addition to 24 destinations already served by clean, Air Mauritius is now able to offer its customers daily flights' spouses with Air France via the airport of Paris-Charles de Gaulle and" more than 35 new destinations in France, Great Britain, Spain, Germany, Russia, Austria and Italy, "said the spokesman of Air Mauritius, Donald E. Payen.
